  1. Hi Lauren, oh this pig just makes me smile. He is too cute with his mouth open. Maybe he is singing God's praises for the mud!!
    I love this verse.
    Blessings for a wonderful day!!

  5. Makes me think of the scripture..."do not cast your pearls among swine(pigs) they will trample them underfoot and then turn on you..." Matt 7:6. Thanks again for your faithfulness to share the Word..Blessings!

  6. It is good that you have chosen the pig, it reminds me of the 'unclean' (which we all can be spiritually without the Lord) asking Him for help and praising Him to others.

  8. The last days I have been reminded to call upon God´s name when I am angry. I often experience that the evil has to vanish. God is but a cry away.

  9. I like that picture of the pig. You know, when I was adding your blog to my reading list, I finally looked up 2 Tim, chapter 3 verse 16. I'm so glad I did. It's such a beautiful verse and it reminds me how important it is to know and study God's word. Right now, I'm in the process of reading the entire bible. In fact, I just put up a new post about it. I hope to be stronger in my faith and to let God's light shine brighter in me... :)

  10. Lauren,, love the pig. Do you know that in Papua New Guinea, the last country we served in they use pigs to buy a bride. They extremely important in their culture, like money is too us. The more pigs you have the wealthier you are, the more brides you can buy. Funny the thoughts the picture brought to my mind. Glad I stopped by, thanks for coming by my site and leaving a comment. Blessings my sister in the Lord.
